Posters for A Perfect Circle’s 2018 European Tour.

In early June, A Perfect Circle arrived from the US and commenced a string of highly anticipated tour dates across Europe.

As you’ll no doubt know, A Perfect Circle are a rock supergroup, formed in 1999 by Billy Howerdel and Tool vocalist Maynard James Keenan. Perhaps less well known are how enthusiastic their fans are for screenprinted concert posters, and how gracious the band are in giving their fans what they want!

There is a huge scene in the US for collectable gig posters, and it’s been steadily growing on this side of the Atlantic, in the UK and Germany especially. It’s always an exciting prospect when an American band tours Europe because the desire for gig posters comes with them, and in the case of A Perfect Circle’s tour, they really went to town with commissioning artists for each and every date.

We had the great pleasure of screenprinting eight posters for the European leg of A Perfect Circle’s tour, which we worked on over a busy nine-day period in early June. With all AP's long since in the hands of the artists, and having never shared these posters on our blog, it's exciting to reveal this fantastic body of work.

It is simply not often enough, that in a single project one finds such a showcase of great gig poster art. Hats off to all the artists involved, and it was a great pleasure working on this project with Global Merch.

We loved printing every one of these posters, and cannot wait for bands to be out there touring again!
